Payment Policy  
             When renting a motor home, tour and estimated mile charges will
              be paid at time of pick up. Upon return, taxes and any additional
              charges will be deducted from your deposit.  
           
          Refund Policy 
               
  Any refund due will be returned after our service technician has inspected
  the rental unit. For the health and courtesy of all our customers, there is
  absolutely no smoking or pets allowed in our units. Evidence of smoking or
  pets will automatically forfeit your deposit.  
             
            Possible Additional Charges 
               
  There will be additional cleaning charge of $50.00 if the unit is returned
  in unsatisfactory condition. 
     
  Fuel top off charges (current fuel charge + $20 surcharge) and dump charges ($50.00) will also
  be applied to total charges if a motor home is returned without the fuel tank
  full or if holding tanks have not been emptied. 
     
  During the winter months there may be a re-winterizing fee if plumbing and
  holding tanks will be used.

            How to Reserve a Unit  
             You may call and reserve over the telephone with your credit
              card. You may also mail a check for the amount due, but reservation is not confirmed until check clears our bank.  
             
            Pick up and Return Policy  
            When renting a Motor Home the tour charge & estimated mileage
              charges are due at time of pick-up. Upon return a credit of 500
              miles will be issued. Charges for miles over estimation, generator
              fees & sales tax will be deducted from the security deposit
              upon return.  
             Pick up times are scheduled when you make your reservation. We require that your return your
              unit no later than 9:30AM on the day you are scheduled to return.
              Your unit as well as others need to be inspected and prepped for
              the next customer who may be leaving the afternoon of your return.
              If you are not able to return as scheduled as a result of emergency,
              it is imperative that you contact our rental representative as
              soon as possible so we may compensate for the change of schedule.
              If you do not return your unit as scheduled, you will be charged
              an additional days fee plus sales tax.  
             
          Insurance 
                 
  We carry full coverage insurance on all our units with no additional charge
  to our customers. However, in the event of accident or damage, the customer
  will be responsible for the first $500.00  
  on our insurance deductible.  
     
  Not all insurance companies cover RV rentals. Please check with your agent
  to see if your property is covered under your current policies.  
             
            Traffic Violation Disclosure Policy  
                 
  If you receive a parking ticket or traffic citation during your trip, you are
  required to inform our rental representative upon your return. If we receive
  notification and are charged for a citation that you are responsible for, you
  may be responsible for reimbursement on the fine as well as an additional $100.00
  fee.  
             
            Cancellation Policy 
                 
  Your deposit is non-refundable in the event that you should cancel your reservation.  
   
  Remember that if we hold a reserved time for you, other customers are denied
  rental of a unit because it was being held for you.
